Marketing tips for art sales

I have been asked by my art club to give a few tips to our members on 'selling art' in our Feb meeting after our A.G.M. Due to the fact that I have been very successful in selling my art they would like to know what I do differently!  I have a lot of information from marketing books and art related magazines. I have to put together a speach to last an hour.
