Wow! It has been 4 years since I posted anything on my blog!
A lot has happen in my life since my last post, sickness and a lot of sad departures from this world of old and young friends and family. Life has its ups and downs and we cannot predict when things will get complicated, but enough of all theses, am back and hope I will be keeping you informed with all my art’s journey as it happens from now on!
The year is in its second month already and I managed to create three new paintings, I always try for five a month but am not complaining, a good start in the new year 2023!
Also, my painting - Lady Luck - was future at Singulart Gallery as the most loved painting for January!
Am creating more abstract paintings from last year, as I found it’s so much more creative!
Don’t get me wrong I love doing country scenes and my contemporary/modern paintings as well! Abstract is a new way of expressing myself without explanation! I like to give the viewer the opportunity to find out the meaning and feel of the painting.
It is amazing but usually people explain it very close to what I was thinking and feeling at the time of creation!
