Another Year gone by!

And so we are into 2019.

It has been a very complex year, what I mean with complex is that I cannot say it’s been a good year or an average year with all the ups and downs I had this year!

The art market was incredibly busy the first six months of 2018 and them ... we hit a slam! The winter months (for us in South Africa) mid June & July were slow  in sales, maybe because of a very volatile economy with more ups and downs than any other year that I remember, winter was an all time low in art sales!  Nevertheless, all in all I sold 72 paintings in 2018 and had quite a lot of commissions done!

Another highlight in 2018 was my new website, very easy to navigate and I can up-date it myself!

Come to think of it, I would say it was a wonderful year!

Now looking forward to the new year 2019, it looks very promising, according to the economists and business people, with lots of Art sales and  Exhibitions coming up throughout the year.
