The year 2016

It was a great year for my artistic endeavours! 

I had good sales right up to the very end of the year and met very interesting people through art!  Had three exhibitions and also exhibited with Artists Under the Sun at Zoo Lake, almost every month.

There was a small drop in the number of paintings (78) sold this year but I had more large works sold than previews years.  It is so rewarding when big pieces go!  Also I had a few commissions done so all in all was a very successful year!

In 2017, I hope I can keep up with my exhibitions and keep working as hard as ever to create new innovating subjects in my paintings!

I have started a new series of work – Anonymous – Faces and figures.  I have done three paintings in 2016 and started on two new ones this year.  Am very excited about this concept as I work out of imagination and creativity straight from the heart, just as I like it!

I still paint in two styles, abstract, modernism or expressionistic paintings and also my country paintings with a twist! I love painting anything and everything!
